Mourners pay final respects to gang-raped and murdered eShowe teen

The girl's body was found by children playing near her home

A MEMORIAL service was held at the Gcwalulwazi High School in eShowe on Thursday for 14-year-old learner‚ Luyanda Mhlongo, who was found strangled to death in a plantation near her home.

It is believed she was gang-raped before being murdered.
