FOUR suspects were caught red-handed stealing timber from a farm in KwaMbonambi on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson, Captain Nkosingiphile Mthethwa, said the suspects were nabbed while loading timber onto a truck.
‘The four appeared in the Empangeni Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday and were remanded in police custody for further investigation.
‘They are expected to appear again on Wednesday next week for a formal bail application,’ Mthethwa said.
