Empangeni store owner arrested for not enforcing social distancing rules

Hand sanitiser had not been provided for customers

EMPANGENI SAPS clamped down on another local store yesterday (Thursday) after reports of the business violating lockdown regulations.

According to the police report, the owner of Instyle Fabrics in Biyela Street, was arrested for not enforcing social distancing rules and not providing hand sanitiser to customers.
The owner was released on bail.
