Police say there was no obvious cause of death.

Farm employees found Botha’s body at about 7.30am and reported the murder to SAPS.

Botha’s vehicle was stolen but was later recovered along the N2 near Mkhuze with the keys still in the ignition.

This follows a farm murder in Balgowan, in the KZN Midlands, just 10 days ago in which Edi Neumeister was hacked to death with a panga.
