What factors can impact on the forex market?

Understand the outside factors that have an influence on the financial marketplace of the Forex market

Every Forex beginner knows that the Forex financial market’s main purpose is to involve the trading of different international currencies, to get profits from the fluctuations which occur within the limits of the exchange rates between the two international currencies that form a pair, which a trader chooses to buy or sell, and  to gain money from such transactions. No wonder the Forex market moves so quickly and frequently as the changes within the exchange rates of certain paired currencies happen all the time.

This is due to a number of reasons. These reasons make trading on the Forex very inconsistent and vulnerable, meaning you can either earn a lot of money or lose everything at once simply because of unexpected changes that affect the open trades and effect the trader’s decisions.

If you are wanting to stay in profit, rather than losing your money, we advise you to continue reading  so you can understand and take the outside factors that have an influence on the financial marketplace of the Forex market into account.

1) ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL NEWS REPORTS

The most obvious factors which can impact on your trade positions are economic news concerning the Forex market on a global level. When a country whose currency you choose as the base in your currency pair, releases the latest economic  news these updates can impact negatively or positively on the exchange rates in general, as well as on your open trades in particular. This factor should be your leading thought when when you start planning your own Forex or cryptocurrency market trading strategy. The same concerns the latest political news a country releases.

2) THE HOUSING INFO

This is another point to consider, but what does the housing information mean? For instance, each month the United States of America releases info concerning houses which are under construction and which were sold. It is worthwhile investigating and researching how many houses are built each month as this a strong indicator of whether the economy of that country is stable or not. If a country’s real estate market is OK, you can assume that the economic condition in that country is good as well.

3) INTEREST RATES

You may think interest rates are unimportant but in fact the worldwide interest rates has a huge impact on the Forex market fluctuations as they are the primary influence on the currency values. For example, in the USA the so-called Federal Reserve provides certain fixed interest rates on bank loans. If they announce a change in their interest rates then this  impacts on the value  of their currency (in this particular case – the USD). Consequently the changes in the value of a currency can cause changes between different international currencies on the Forex market’s  exchange rate.

To conclude, these are the most obvious and important factors that have an impact on the Forex market and the exchange rates fluctuations, but there are many other, not as important, factors to consider that also have an impact on the Forex.
