The staff at Wisdom Gas, the company running the Afrox distribution site in Empangeni, say teamwork fuels their operations.

Since Wisdom Gas took over Zululand’s largest LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) depot, they have improved customer service considerably in their aim to be the ‘one stop gas shop’ in the area.

Their philosophy is: from big commercial gas users to the home owner, everybody should get the best products and service.

Wisdom Gas specialises in LPG distribution and runs two other Afrox depots; one in Pinetown and the other in Pongola.

Apart from commercial, industrial and domestic LPG sales, Wisdom Gas also supplies parts and accessories, as well as quality welding products. In addition, Wisdom Gas has a technical team which takes care of all commercial and  industrial installations on all gas types.

We’ve implemented a number of efficiency changes that allows customers of all sizes the comfort of collect or delivery options.

While the industry norm is to decrease staff, we have decided to add additional people to our teams – to ensure our customers experience a quick on-site turn around. Its about the ease of doing business – while keeping industry standards and our safety focus.

And buying directly from the supplier, in this case Wisdom Gas, will save you even more. The team at Wisdom Gas invites all LPG users to buy directly from them; either making use of their delivery service or bringing their bottles in for exchange.

At the Afrox depot in 6th Street, Kuleka, in the Empangeni Rail, Wisdom Gas’s friendly staff will help you offload empty bottles and load full ones. They will even refill your Cadac bottles for you.

The depot is open for the public Monday to Friday, normal business hours, and Saturdays from 8am to 11.30.
