Fives Services Mzansi takes great pride in extending our support to local entrepreneurs, Zikode Cleaning and Esami Isabelo Catering, to further their already successful tenures.

The owner and founder of Zikode, Happiness Zikode, took off on her own in 2004 when she established Zikode. At the time, she only focused on manual cleaning. Since then Happiness has taken Zikode from strength to strength in the cleaning service, but also in other fields.

‘We appointed Zikode earlier this year to take over the cleaning of our offices, the garden service and the pest control. To ensure that Zikode remains compliant with requirements from present and future clients, we have undertaken to uplift them with HSE related training, as well as safe storage arrangements of their cleaning products, and finally with donation of new garden service equipment to improve their performance.’

Esami Isabelo Catering was started by Xolile Melissa in 2020. At this moment, Xolile is running two vendor outlets to supply food to workers in respectively Alton and opposite Mhlathuze Water Municipality.

‘We have donated a brand new petrol generator and other catering cooking hardware to enable Esami Isabelo to prepare fresh food, in bigger quantities, directly at the outlet locations.

‘The expectations will be for Esami Isabelo to grow the present business / increase numbers of outlets, and hopefully start catering directly to businesses like us in the foreseeable future.’
