Four goals and three points for NRB

The win took the NRB boys to second place on the GladAfrica National First Division Championship log

AT times they played scintillating football and at other times they allowed themselves to be sucked into the lower level of their opponents, but Richards Bay FC eventually posted an emphatic 4-1 scoreline over Bizana Pondo Chiefs at the uMhlathuze Stadium this (Sunday) afternoon.

The win at last broke the home ground hoodoo and at the same time took the NRB boys to second place on the GladAfrica National First Division Championship log.

Goalscorers for Richards Bay were Thabo Maphakisa (penalty), Moses Mthembu and Bayzel Goldstone, plus an own goal courtesy of Chiefs’ defender Zamile Daniel.
