On 25 March 2024, RBIDZ executives, led by CEO Thabane Zulu, paid homage to employees who have been with the company for a recognisable period during the long-service certificate awarding ceremony.
The ceremony served as a gesture of acknowledgement, commendation and appreciation for commitment, hard work and dedication to the company.
The employees who were recognised had been with the company for five years as permanent employees, even though others have served longer, and had completed a two-year internship programme before being permanently employed.
The long-service certificate award ceremony advanced by the company periodically emphasises the value that the company places on its employees, while also enhancing a participative organisational culture that enforces equal responsibilities and maximised individual contributions towards more collaboration, creativity and productivity.
During his address, RBIDZ CEO Thabane Zulu highlighted the importance of ambitious standards for quality performance, as well as maintenance of good governance principles in all the company dealings, which the company has upheld over the years. Testament to this, Zulu mentioned that the company has obtained clean audit outcomes for consecutive years, supported by excellent company operational performance as a result of the concerted efforts and commitment by all employees.
CEO Thabane Zulu called on all awardees to keep up the excellent work and loyalty to the company, contributing to its success and comprehension of its mandate, which is to transform society.
