Serial rapists target hitchhikers, King Cetshwayo police warn

KING Cetshwayo District police have urged residents, especially women, to be more vigilant when hitchhiking.

This after several females were reportedly raped, killed or robbed of their belongings after accepting lifts from unknown motorists.
