WATCH: Three arrested for ‘mob justice’ in Mtubatuba
The three are appearing in court today
Community members from Nqupheni in Nkodibe outside Mtubatuba descended on KwaMsane Magistrate’s Court in numbers this morning (Monday), calling for the release of three of their own.
The trio was arrested on Friday following an act of ‘mob justice’ which culminated in the death of a local man.
The man was beaten to death for allegedly being at the centre of house break-ins and general crime in the area.
The three are appearing in court today.
