An action-packed weekend awaits

St Catherine’s marimba band and Richards Bay Dance Academy will perform throughout the day

Tickets are selling out fast for the opening function of the Dolosfees!

At just R150 per person, guests enjoy the chance to see Corlea Botha, JD Mars, Monique Steyn, Ruhan du Toit, Angus, and Shanay Rafferty live in concert on Thursday night, 28 September.

In addition to the entertainment and dancing, the opening function will include great dining at pre-booked tables, with each table seating eight guests.

Dolosfees fun continues

The festival grounds at Alkantstrand will become a hive of activity when gates open at noon on Friday, 29 September.

Enter the Miss Dolosfees beauty pageant taking place at Dolosfees on Saturday, 30 September from 9.45am. For more information, call Tezelle Mollentze on 061 5150320

There will be many stalls and food vendors to support, while finalists from Zululand’s Got Talent take to the stage.

Don’t miss the performance by Richards Bay Dance Company and ‘Straf vir ‘n Lag’ comedy.

Francois van Coke, Bernice West, Ruhan du Toit, and Theuns van Zyl will perform live on Friday evening.

Saturday, 30 September will be a busy day, kicking off with a fun run and walk at 7am.

Then head over to Alkantstrand to learn surfing basics, or support the skateboarding competition at the nearby skate park. Miss Dolosfees will be crowned in the morning.

The finals of Zululand’s Got Talent take place on Saturday afternoon, before artists Johnny, Jacques Not Jack take to the stage.

Saturday night’s headline acts are Snotkop, Ricus Nel, Eloff, Andriëtte Norman and Tino.

Dolosfees tickets are available at iTickets.co.za or Sugar & Spice and Glamour Girls Arboretum.

Tickets bought before 28 September cost R280 per adult and R100 per child (6-12 years), and children U6 enter free.
