Pothole ‘offender list’ grows
The campaign aims to shed light on the worst potholes in the City of uMhlathuze - and get them fixed!
While numerous potholes have been patched since the inception of the ZO ‘The Hole Truth’ call-to-action campaign, many are yet to be repaired, while others have recently been added to the list.
Newly added are potholes on Armstrong Avenue and Cactus Road in Empangeni, while Kerk Street and Richards Bay’s Bayvue Boulevard still await repairs.
The campaign aims to shed light on the worst potholes in the City of uMhlathuze – and get them fixed!

Also to up the standards of the region’s road network and ensure safety for motorists.
Notable achievements to date are repairs to potholes on Fern Street, Higgs Road, Baines Road, Nerina Road and Rex Henderson Road in Empangeni, which means motorists using these routes will no longer need to swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid damaging their rims.

Photos should be sent as separate jpeg attachments of at least 500KB in size.
Include your full name, contact details and the physical address of the pothole in the main body of the email.
