WATCH: Peculiar Pelican parking bay
An articulated truck was found parked on a popular island in Richards Bay
Traffic officials were on scene at Pelican Island early this morning (Saturday) after an articulated truck was discovered parked there.
How the driver managed to navigate the narrow road onto the island is incredible but with no place to do a U-turn without getting stuck, getting out poses a big problem.
The driver’s reasoning for choosing the mysterious parking lot is still unknown.
