Don’t fall for fake job adverts, warns Sassa

Potential applicants are urged to verify the legitimacy of any job postings, advises Sassa

The South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) has warned the public about fake job postings and job vacancies that have been posted on social media and other online platforms.

Sassa has warned potential applicants to verify the legitimacy of any job posting by contacting the agency directly through their official channels or website.

Members are reminded that job posts will never ask for them to provide personal information, or to pay for the position.

All official Sassa vacancies are advertised only through the agency’s official website and trusted government platforms.
