NG Kerk in Empangeni to host its annual Valentine's tea this weekend

The NG Kerk in Empangeni has some fabulous fundraising events to be held this month, kicking off with their annual Valentine’s tea.

The tea is set to be held on Saturday, 14 February from 9.30am at the church hall at 8 Kerk Street, Empangeni.

All attendees are encouraged to dress in red – the colour of love.

Contact Hetta Nagel on 082 6778898 by 9 February to reserve your seat.

Later in the month, on Saturday, 28 February, the church is hosting a fun car boot sale from 9am to 1pm, also at its premises at 8 Kerk Street.

Members of the public are invited to browse the ‘thrifting winkel’ or take the opportunity to declutter their homes by selling items from boot stalls.

Stall space is available at R100 per vehicle. Pancakes and cakes will also be on sale on the day.

For more information, or to book a stall, contact Karin Burger on 082 7716432.
