Matric boot camps offer extra support

Learners encouraged to attend study camps during the winter holidays in preparation for National Senior Certificate exams

Matric pupils are encouraged to make productive use of the winter holidays by attending study boot camps organised by the Department of Education.

Education MEC Sipho Hlomuka explained that these programmes prepare matrics for their National Senior Certificate exams.

“We hope the winter recess provides everyone with an opportunity to rest, recharge and return safely for the third term, and uphold the values of responsibility, accountability and respect,” he said, extending his thanks to all principals, teachers, support staff, pupils and parents for implementing the boot camps at their respective schools.
