Turning negatives into positives
As a successful businesswoman, Mashudu works closely with individuals, communities and organisations to transform lives and workspaces.
Her approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that lasting change begins with clearing limiting beliefs, mastering one’s mindset and self-leadership, aligning with one’s purpose, and cultivating emotional awareness.
She assists clients in leveraging their unique gifts and talents more swiftly than they could on their own, promoting self-awareness and a commitment to serving humanity.
An unstoppable woman in her own right, Mashudu serves as a board member and deputy director for communication and marketing for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Southern African Chapter, a non-profit global authority for the change management profession.
Mashudu is inspired by a quote she lives by: “When we know ourselves and transform from the inside, our outer world transforms.
“We are able to be agile, congruent, effective and driven as individuals. Our consciousness, self-confidence and awareness improve. We are able to transform and shape places, situations and environments where we are planted effectively, adding value, leading, serving and utilising our authentic power, talents, gifts and skills.”
