NOTICE Notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA), Act No. 107 of 1998, and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 (as amended), that the Draft Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Report for the Jozini Local Municipality is available for public review and comment.
PURPOSE OF THE SEA
The Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is undertaken to support sustainable development planning by identifying environmental opportunities and constraints that will guide future land use and infrastructure development within the municipality.
INVITATION TO COMMENT
The Draft SEA Report will be available for public review for a period of 30 days, from:
29 April 2026 to 29 May 2026
INVITATION TO COMMENT
All Interested and Affected Parties (I&APs) are invited to review the report and submit written comments.
