JOB REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
•Purchasing of goods and services;
•Maintenance of accurate and effective purchasing records;
•Ensure timeous receipt of goods (expediting);
•Market research;
•Negotiations;
•Ensure supplier conformance to RBCT HSE & B-BBEE requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements B. Tech Degree or National Diploma in Purchasing Management with 5 Years` experience in a Maintenance environment; B. Com Degree in Supply Chain Management (advantageous); Code EB (8) driver`s licence. Skills Numeracy; Negotiating skills; Good English communication skills (verbal and written); SAP R3 (Materials Management); MS Office (Word & Excel) Microsoft Outlook. Behavioural Traits Self-directed & independent; Proactive; Ability to work in a team environment; Plan & organise; Neat; Diplomacy; Punctuality.
