Richards Bay FC set to capitalise

NRB look to extend log lead to six points

WITH nearest rivals Sekhukhune FC surprisingly having been defeated 1-0 by Cape Town Spurs on Sunday, the door has been opened wide for Richards Bay FC to increase their lead to six points at the top of the GladAfrica NFD Championship table.

Coach Simo Dladla’s NRB outfit will need to be merciless as they entertain Free State Stars at the uMhlathuze Sports Complex tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon, with kick-off scheduled for 3pm.

Three points ahead of the chasing pack and with a game in hand, Richards Bay will look to add another full house and a few more goals to their impressive run of form that has seen only one loss in the last 16 league outings.

There will only be eight games left after this one, and with the scent of PSL soccer next season clearly in the air, NRB cannot afford to give an inch to the chasing pack.
