Stadium awaits PSL visit for readiness inspection

Richards Bay FC has been unable to play home games since September 2021 when the PSL banned use of the uMhlathuze stadium

“We are just waiting for the invitation to inspect the uMhlathuze Stadium.”

That’s the word from the Premier Soccer League’s chief operating officer Professor Ronnie Schloss.

Speaking to the ZO on Thursday and pleased to hear that good progress has been made on the revamping of the stadium, Prof Schloss said the PSL would carry out an inspection only at the invitation of the municipality, which owns the facility…
