Unforgettable two-day fishing competition to take place next month at Phobane Lake

Round Table eShowe 24 invites all fishing enthusiasts, from seasoned anglers to beginners, to be part of the most anticipated event of the year, the Phobane Fishing Bonanza.

The unforgettable two-day fishing competition will take place at the enchanting Phobane Lake, also known as Goedetrouw Dam, from 26 to 28 September.

On day one, participants will be required to put their angling skills to the test.

They will have the whole day to showcase their fishing prowess in pursuit of the largest catches the dam has to offer.

Jaw-dropping prizes will be awarded to those with the biggest bass, barbel and tilapia.

Day two promises to be nothing short of spectacular, with contestants proving they have the right bait to hook the award-winning catches.

In addition to the incredible itinerary, food and drinks will be available for purchase, and a campsite is included in the ticket price.

If fishing has not hooked you, you are welcome to enjoy a relaxing weekend overlooking the tranquil Phobane Lake with like-minded people.
