Springs police opened a house robbery case on Monday against three unknown suspects.
The house robbery happened around 6.30pm at Slovo Park. Springs police spokesman Captain Johannes Ramphora says the victim was with his brother and his girlfriend.
He says when the victim jumped out from the car at his place, the three suspects were waiting for him and dragged him, along with his brother and his girlfriend, into an open veld where they demanded cash from them while also threatening to kill them.
He says the victim told the suspects that he has money in his room and they dragged them to the victim’s house where they took an undisclosed amount of cash.
A case of house robbery has been opened and no-one has been arrested yet.
If you know where the suspects are, you are urged to contact the Springs police on 011 365 5700/19/20.
