The body of a man was found with a neck wound at his mother’s place.
Captain Johannes Ramphora of the Springs police says the man, who went out with his friends, was found dead by one of his friends.
He says it is alleged that the deceased’s mother was awakened by her son’s friend to inform her about the death of her son.
“The deceased was found lying down with a wound on his neck and was declared dead, due to bleeding, by the paramedics on the scene,” says Ramphora.
No arrest has been made and the police appeals for assistance in tracing the murderer. If anyone has information that may help the police to arrest the suspect they should contact the Springs police on 011 365 5700/19/20.
