New KwaThema certification office

The police have opened an office especially for certification of documentation.

Spokesman for the KwaThema police Captain Mandla Phori says it was needed as the charge office was getting overcrowded.

“The purpose of the charge office is to lodge complaints and to report crime,” he says.

The office where documents will be certified is at the back of the canteen at the police station.

It will be open between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

The people who can’t visit the police station during working hours to have documents certified, can come after hours.

“These people will still be helped at the charge office,” says Phori.
