The deceased was allegedly stabbed in the neck in Luthumbu Street, Tornado, by a man living in the same street.

SAPS spokesman Capt Thabo Sibuye says the deceased was rushed to the clinic by one of his friends who witnessed the stabbing.
The suspect ran away but was apprehended by the police in Tornado the next day.

Sibuye says the suspect, aged 50, briefly appeared in the Springs Regional Court on Tuesday and the case was postponed.
The suspect will remain in custody at Modderbee Prison until his next court appearance on November 3.
