Pam Faku giving one matric learner a matric dance experience

Kwatsaduza – Fashion designer Pam Faku is running a matric dance competition in Kwatsaduza and Tembisa.
The competition aims to assist matric learners who cannot afford the costs involved with a matric dance.

Finalists will be contacted after the auditions, which cost R50.
“This is not a beauty pageant as the contestants will be quizzed on questions in line with their schoolwork and they will be judged on their confidence,” says Faku.
Prizes include a bursary, shoe vouchers, make-up, sports car for transport to the dance and an outfit from Pam Faku Designs.

Auditions will be held at Ndaba Tree on June 8 and 15 from 8am to 4pm and Phomolong Sports Ground in Tembisa on June 22, also from 8am to 4pm.
