KwaThema crime successes

KwaThema – The KwaThema police conducted various operations over the weekend, which included road blocks, looking for wanted suspects, and closing down unlicensed liquor outlets. A total of 19 suspects were arrested on various crimes committed.

• Three suspects were arrested for assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

• Nine were arrested for possession of suspected drugs.

• Two were detained for interference with police duties.
