Four armed men rob Pep store in Selcourt

Tsakane – Police are investigating a case of robbery after four armed men robbed a Pep store at Selcourt Towers, Springs, on Sunday.

It is alleged four men, who were speaking isiZulu with a foreign accent, entered the Pep.

One of them showed the firearm on his waist to the store manager.

He ordered her to open the tills and safes for them.

Tsakane police spokesperson Sgt Lerato Mngomezulu says the suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of money and cellphones in four refuse bags.

“They fled the scene with a white Toyota Corolla with registration FP 41 DC.
