Help for the depressed

“We will also have the Ekurhuleni Mobile Clinic there to check people's blood type and drug tests will be done on the day.”

KwaThema – More and more young people are being diagnosed and living with depression. The Worst is Never the Worst will be hosting a workshop on controlling your anger on June 22 at KwaThema Community Hall from 10am.

Workshop organiser Nhlanhla Ndaba says coping with anger is an acquired skill and almost anyone can learn how to control their feelings with time, patience and dedication, which in the long run will help with coping with feelings of depression.

“Many people believe managing the feeling of anger involves holding it in or avoiding it, but this is where the problem starts.
