Church to help matric learners register for university education

Kwatsaduza – Matric Learners in Kwatsaduza are encouraged to take up the opportunity to receive free assistance in applying for university access for next year.
Divine Headquarters International has recently established a programme to help learners from disadvantaged backgrounds with no access to universities website to apply for entry to the institutions.
Prophet Elijah Nhlapo says the programme does not only help matric learners to register for university studies, it also offers career guidance.

“We believe that it is our role as the members of the community to contribute positively to the lives of future generations of this country.
“We cannot continue complaining and labelling them as the damaged society, yet do nothing to improve their lives.
“It is better to prevent children from taking drugs, and participating in criminal activities, than sit and point fingers,” he says.
Nhlapo says the learners will receive motivation and guidance.
“The event will take place on August 8 and 9 at the Divine Headquarters International in Duduza.
“We also urge parents to come through to assist, and to remind their children to bring their final year Grade 11 reports and certified ID copies,” says Nhlapo.
Parents or guardians should also bring their certified ID copy.
