MEC Mamabolo visits NN Secondary School

He encouraged learners to adhere to Covid-19 regulations while focusing on their studies.

Duduza – Nimrod Ndebele Secondary School proved they were ready to tackle the 2021 first school term.
This was during a brief visit to the school by Jacob Mamabolo, MEC of road and transport, on Monday.
The MEC and his delegation walked the school grounds to ensure the school was compliant.
He encouraged learners to adhere to Covid-19 regulations while focusing on their studies.

School principal Billy Mashiane said the school was happy that officials took time out of their busy schedule to visit.
“This helps us to raise some of our daily challenges of running the school, and in our case one of the main ones is the ablution facilities that is detached from the classes,” he said.

MEC Jacob Mamabolo visited Nimrod Ndebele Secondary School on Monday.

Mashiane added they ensured that learning commenced on Monday since they have already lost weeks on the school calendar.
“We issued stationery during the last weeks of January to ensure all learners were ready for learning on Monday.
“We are happy that all teachers are back and ready to educate.

“Our school will be operating on 50 per cent attendance, with learners rotating, except for the matric class who is expected to attend daily,” he added.
