A man walking along 12th Street in Geluksdal after 19:00 on Tuesday was ambushed by robbers.
According to Capt Johannes Ramphora, communications officer of Springs SAPS, the victim was approached by three men.

“Two of them were armed with firearms. They forced him to go to Geluksdal Cemetery where they robbed him of his shoes and two cellphones valued at R2 500,” he explained.
No shots were fired.
