Local dancers aspire to showcase on big stages

“From the moment dancing was introduced to me, I instantly knew it was something I wanted to do for a lifetime.
“I signed up for dance classes for a year to better and sharpen my skills.
“From there, I then continued with different productions to grow as an artist,” he explained.
He worked as an art facilitator at Phulong Secondary School in 2018 before moving to Kenneth Masikela Secondary School from 2019 to 2020.
He said growing up without parents is what inspired him to want to teach others how to dance.
“Growing up without parents has taught me some valuable life lessons.
“I know what it is like to not have resources or support to grow your talents and being exploited by people who should be guiding you.
“My goal is to share the knowledge and experience I have to benefit others,” he said.
He added his dream is to create a platform for dancers, feature or get a lead role in a movie production and to start his own record label.
