Local churches join hands to pray for healing

Duduza – Members of the community and churches under the Minister Fraternal will be hosting Ebenezer Park and Praise.
The praise and worship session, which will be hosted at Sizwesethu Park from 14:00 to 17:00 on September 4, is aimed at showing gratitude for lives spared.
Past Themba Nkambule said each one of us has lost a loved one due to Covid-19 since it found its way into the country.
“We are hurt and broken due to this, yet our lives have been spared and we are still here to see another day.
“God protected, preserved and kept some of us alive, and for that, we should be grateful,” he said.

During the event, they will be lifting their voices in unity to pray for a cure, peace and healing of broken hearts.
“Many people have lost employment and businesses and don’t know how to put their lives together, but through this event, we are hoping this will be the beginning of healing,” explained Nkambule.
The pastor added they will also be praying against socio-economic ills, women and children abuse, youth unemployment, substance abuse, violence and crime.
He said due to the lockdown regulations, they will only cater for 250 people inside the venue and the rest of the people will remain in their cars.
