Former high school learner donates school uniforms
“This kills the confidence of those who do not have.”
Duduza – Former learner at NN Ndebele Secondary School Coleman Mfuleni donated school uniforms to learners from disadvantaged backgrounds on Monday.
Mfuleni donated 20 pairs of shoes, 20 jerseys, 20 pairs of trousers and 20 white shirts.
School principal Billy Mashiane said the gesture of goodwill came at the time when the identified learners were struggling to afford school uniforms.

“We are grateful for the donation since this will help close the gap between those with and without proper school uniforms.
“This kills the confidence of those who do not have,” he added.
Mashiane added that the donation will encourage the learners to concentrate on their studies.
Mfuleni said he felt the need to give back to his former school.
“I feel humble to plough back into my former school to make a difference in the learners who benefited,” he said.
