New single with new sound released

Tsakani – DJ duo Sifiso ‘De Madala’ Zwane (29) and Sabelo ‘Sub Air Low’ Kubeka (29) featured Nkululeko ‘Skaps Bhenga’ Buthelezi (27) on their recently released single from their Learning Piano album.
The 12-track album was released on July 30.
“Akazenzi is a new hybrid piano sound, we call it the amapiano deep feel level. This sound is a mash-up of deep house meets amapiano.
“Touch on the keyboard and Simtholile on guitar bring in that live element to this sound,” said De Madala.
The three got together in 2017 when they realised they had a great combination of musical taste, and with that they produced a new sound.

“We merged my passion for club music and Sub Air Low and Skaps Bhenga’s love for hip-hop, this sound is here to stay. We hope people will love this sound, we want to spread it so it can go national and international.
“We did not only come together because of our musical minds, but we are also young men looking to not only bring a new perspective on loved genres, but to also change the perspective of those in the neighbourhoods they come from through music,” added De Madala.
