Community to day-care centre’s rescue

Kwatsaduza – The community came to the aid of a local day-care centre Aletta’s Nursery and Pre-school following a break-in at the centre on September 29.
The intruders made off with kitchen utensils, a four-plate stove, food, cooking oil and vegetables.

They then proceeded to the office where they stole a sewing machine, an overlocker machine, sound system, wheelbarrow, iron, school bag with books, microphones, gas stove and a 7kg gas bottle.

Members of the Ward 84 community came together to donate food, toiletries, a two-plate stove and a 7kg gas bottle.
