Duduza – Police are investigating a case of murder after mechanic Duma Ngwenya was shot and killed outside his home recently.
It is alleged after parking his car to open his gate, the family heard four gunshots.
Eyewitnesses said the 43-year-old was approached by two unknown men who fired shots and fled the scene on foot towards a car that was parked a few houses from the scene.

Duduza police spokesperson Sgt Harry Manaka said Ngwenya was certified dead by paramedics on the scene.
“The motive of the shooting is still unknown and police investigations are still underway. We are calling on anyone with information about the suspects to come forward,” he said.
