My name is David Thulani Simelane, better known as Mr Service Delivery.
I have been the Ward 74 councillor since 2016.
We have managed to do the following:
• Installed four high masts in three areas within Ward 74, namely four high masts in Reedville, one in Pollak Park Extension Three, one in Tornado section, Phomolo section.
• We installed street lights in Twelve Road next to Savemoor.
• Constructed three roads in Reedville.
• We had a workshop with the Department of Justice regarding the letter of authority, as it is a challenge.
• We constructed four parks within the ward, namely Springs Extension ,Wright Park, Phomolo and Pollak Park.
• We rehabilitated all the roads in Oranjehof.
• We have installed new roofs and solar geysers in Kwa-Thema Hostel.
• We assisted a hundred residents with drivers licences.
Ward councillor candidates were invited to submit photographs and write-ups. Some candidates had not submitted information as requested.
