Learners awarded for good performance

Lebone Primary School celebrated good performance.

Tsakani – Lebone Primary School held academic and extra-mural activities awards on Tuesday. This was to appreciate learners who are excelling and those who are improving in their academics.

The event was attended by all learners to motivate and encourage the non-recipients to work harder.

Dux learner, Motsoeneng Ntsediseng in Grade Seven, received a uniform voucher worth R1 500, a tablet and a school bag.

The first runner-up, Lekata Zanokuhle received a uniform voucher worth R1 000, a scientific calculator and a school bag while the second runner-up Nthebe Tsoana received a uniform voucher worth R500 and a scientific calculator.

Top achievers from Grade One to Six received certificates and medals.

The principal, Johannes Madisa and the SGB thanked Michael Lentsoe, the event coordinator and the academic award committee for making the day a success.
