Kwa-Thema – Ama Mohapi will be offering free weekly Business Masterclasses designed to help job seekers and entrepreneurs turn challenges into opportunities.

The first masterclass will be held at the Kwa-Thema Skills Centre on October 16 from 09:00 to 12:00. Mohapi explained that many people, especially the youth, have not lost their passion, they just lack the right support and access to resources.

“True empowerment does not come from motivational talks, but from real conversations where we share experiences, exchange knowledge and develop practical solutions together.

“Our Business Masterclasses aim to do exactly that. Whether you are looking for employment or already managing a small business, these sessions are tailored to your needs,” said Mohapi.

Topics to be explored during the masterclasses include:
• Customising each job application to improve your chances of getting an interview

• Identifying your personal strengths and skills and learning how to turn them into business opportunities

• Tackling common small business challenges, including compliance, cash flow, market access, technology gaps and funding readiness
