Tsakani – Tsakane police are appealing to the community to assist with information regarding a triple murder that occurred on Xhosa Street on May 22 at around 15:15.

According to police spokesperson Captain Neldah Sekgobela, police responded to the scene and found them in a white Toyota with no registration.

“Officers noticed three men lying motionless inside, one in the back seat, while the other two were in the front.

“The victims, who were identified, had sustained bullet wounds to their bodies,” she said.

The suspect (s) are unknown and remain at large.

In a separate incident in Tsakani, police responded to the shooting incident on May 26 along Tholakele Street, Ext 19.

“Upon arrival, they found a lifeless body of a man in the driver’s seat with multiple gunshot wounds to his body. The victim was inside a red Kia,” she said.

She adds that no one has been arrested.
