Kwatsaduza – The Sub Region E Final Games Tournament is set to be more than just a closing tournament on September 5, but an opportunity to build confidence, leadership and discipline among young netball players.

The players have trained hard throughout the 2026 season, which ran from March to September, helping them develop their skills and build teamwork and sportsmanship.

Of the 18 teams that started the season, only 12 remained consistent enough to secure a spot in the semi-finals.

Throughout the season, the young players displayed energy, commitment, teamwork and true sportsmanship, and will now have one more opportunity to showcase their talent and discipline on the court.

The tournament will feature the top-performing teams across the U11, U13 and U15 categories.

The U11 top four are Mighty Titans, Court Queens, KNT and Ulinda, while the Under-13 top four are Court Queens, Rising Eagles, Supernova and 17 Masters.

In the U15 category, KNT, Court Queens, Ulinda and Early Birds are among the top teams. The Sub Region E Final Games Tournament will take place at Tsakane Stadium.

One of the organisers, Lebohang Bangani, says they are calling on the community to come out and support the young athletes as they celebrate the talent, dedication, and achievements of the boys and girls who have worked hard throughout the season.

“The tournament is not only about determining champions, but also about celebrating the growth and potential of young athletes and creating a platform where they can continue to develop confidence and leadership through sport,” she said.
