Sparrows FC held off a determined Clever Boys side to secure a thrilling 3-2 victory in the U15 Muzi Winter Games final, delighting supporters at Muzi Ground.
Tsakani – Sparrows FC were crowned champions after defeating Clever Boys 3-2 in an entertaining U15 Muzi Winter Games final that kept supporters on the edge of their seats at Muzi Ground in Tsakani Ext 19.
The final lived up to expectations as both teams displayed skill, determination and attacking football from the opening whistle.
Sparrows FC dominated large spells of the match with disciplined defending, tactical passing and relentless attacking play.
Clever Boys, however, refused to give up and responded with two goals of their own, setting up a tense finish.
Sparrows FC ultimately emerged victorious with a 3-2 scoreline, securing the U15 Muzi Winter Games title after a hard-fought contest.

Coach Sidwell Chiloane praised his players for their commitment and teamwork throughout the tournament.
“The boys showed great character and discipline. They followed the game plan, worked hard for one another and never stopped believing, even when the pressure was on.
“I’m proud of the way they performed and the determination they showed to bring the trophy home,” he said.
He also thanked the supporters for their encouragement throughout the competition.
“The support from the parents, supporters and the community motivated the players. This victory belongs to everyone who believed in the team and stood by us,” Chiloane added.
The thrilling encounter brought the curtain down on the U15 competition, with both teams earning praise for their sportsmanship and entertaining football. The opposition coach could not be reached for comment.
