Alberton Methodist Church is pleased to announce the generous involvement of the community in offering to donate in sustaining their weekly soup kitchen.

Those benefiting from the soup kitchen, being jobseekers among others, receive nutritious meals and a morning devotion to kickstart their day. The church’s youth pastor, Anthony Hattingh, thanked the community for their heartfelt and continuous support.
“Support from the community allows us to continue to make a difference in the lives of those who face desperate times. As the cold weather approaches, we will no doubt find the needs increase daily. We will continue to feed those who are hungry,” he said.
Should you wish to contribute to the soup kitchen needs or to get involved, contact the Alberton Methodist Church on 011 907 2807 or drop your contributions off during the week.
