SANBS to host blood drive for Human Rights Day

The South African National Blood Service is encouraging people to donate blood this Human Rights Day as stocks are low.

Celebrate life this Human Rights Day by donating blood and potentially saving a life.

The South African National Blood Service (SANBS) is hosting a Human rights Day Blood Drive on March 21 at their donor centres in Johannesburg.

The donor centres will be open from 08:00 to 16:00, and the aim is to bring in 1 000 blood donors on that day.
SANBS desperately needs more group O blood.

The donor centres:

• Southdale donor centre at Shop 19 Southdale Shopping centre, Southdale

• The Glen Shopping Centre at the Roof Top Entrance 2, Oakdene.
