Bolt driver’s family finally gets justice
A team of investigators from the Alberton Detective Service arrested suspects involved in the killing of a Bolt driver.
Two suspects were nabbed on March 22 in connection to the killing of a Bolt driver in May last year.
They were taken to the Alberton SAPS. They face a charge of murder and will soon appear before a local court.
According to Warrant Officer Helen Serongwabe of Alberton Detective Service, the driver was murdered and his belongings stolen.
“The driver was asked by the suspects from Spruitview to fetch them. He then took them to Phumula where he was robbed at gunpoint.
“They took R400 before shooting him on the scene. One suspect had a firearm and we will locate the firearm,” she said.
The suspects remain in custody.
