Women donate scarves to patients

The women from the Dinwiddie Women in Agricultural Union donated scarves to patients at Stepping Stone Hospice and Care Services.

The Dinwiddie Women in Agricultural Union knitted and made several scarves for Stepping Stone Hospice and Care Services.

Four of their members visited the Hospice on April 13 to hand over the scarves.

“This is our yearly project and our way of giving back to the community, especially with winter approaching,” said Cherly Mare, the union’s chairperson.

Sister Bella Komane accepted the donation on behalf of Stepping Stone Hospice and Care Services and thanked the women for the donation.
